Bill and his crew, Jim and Jason, gutted our dated master bath and our bath evolved from the 1980's to the present in a mater of weeks.
Everything Bill said he would do for us he did and if we had questions, he would answer them on the spot. Bill, Jason, and Jim, are now scheduled to install granite counter tops and a tile backsplash in my mother's home. If you can make my mom happy you must be good.

We contracted with Pachota construction to do a complete renovation of a 1600 sq. foot ranch.
During the initial meetings ideas were discussed and Bill was great at creating or complementing the ideas. The project was a total of 3 months. Bill was always on site during the project and provided oversight of the many subcontractors used in the project. There were electrical, plumbing, roofing, siding, windows, hard wood floors, wall removals, cabinetry, quartz countertops, and more to complete the project.
By the time we returned home daily, the house was straightened and cleaned allowing us to stay home during the project. Bill was exceptionally caring for us as the homeowner and tried to make every accommodation possible for a satisfied customer. We are!

Bill and his team did an amazing job remodeling Anders Insurance Agency. The difference is night and day.

Bill remodeled our dungeon basement into a bright space in 2013. I trust Bill and his team to work in my house. His workers are respectful and always clean up after themselves every day prior to leaving. Bill is very responsive to frequent inquiries and always answered all my questions. The price he charges is somewhat higher than some other contractors, but you get what you pay for, Bill and his team are top notch Contractors.

Remodeling a kitchen can be stressful and time consuming however Bill and Jim made sure to move things along and stay on schedule. They also cleaned up once they were done for the day. We couldn't be at home each day to oversee the progress but we're very comfortable with them being there alone. It's like they were part of our family.

In our bathroom we wanted to replace the tub with a shower stall and add ceramic tiles to the floor & walls.
Bill's company detailed all the steps necessary and when the day finally arrived his guys showed up every day on time. As other people mentioned, the attention to detail was impressive.

Bill and his crew did a great job at my office reconstructing some brick work after an accident took out one of our columns in the front of the building.
They were fast and everything was cleaned up after they finished the job. Bill worked hard to find a comparable brick color and texture to match the current brick work and you can't even tell that it's different.
